Chantilly, Virginia, June 3, 2009 – Nova Datacom, LLC, a provider of information assurance and security services to the Public Sector, today announced it has been named by Juniper Networks as its 2008 New J-Partner of the Year. The company received the award at Juniper’s annual J-Partner Channel Summit held at the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in Las Vegas. The award recognizes Nova Datacom’s achievements in sales growth and engineering development and excellence.

The award criteria included:

1. Year-over-year sales growth. In 2008, Nova Datacom grew by more than
     500%.

2. Engineering commitment and acumen. Nova Datacom acquired 21 new
     JNCIA and JNCIS Juniper Elite certifications, across multiple
     disciplines, including:

    a. Routing

    b. Switching

    c. WAN Acceleration

    d. Intrusion, Detection, and Prevention (IDP)

    e. Unified Access Control (for Juniper’s Network Access Center)

    f. Firewall VPN

    g. SSL VPN
